Social Media Manager Job Description
Tasks:
- Develop, implement, and manage company’s social media strategy
- Create and manage social media content calendars
- Manage and oversee all social media accounts
- Monitor and incorporate social media trends into existing social media strategy
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to create social media campaigns
- Respond to comments and customer inquiries on social media platforms
- Stay up-to-date with social media best practices and technologies
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
